February 7: Is it too early to start thinking about college?
Best-selling author and college planning expert Andy Lockwood covers "5 Deadly College Planning Mistakes" and "How to Pay Wholesale for College" before your kids apply to their dream schools. He will share strategies used to gain admission to Harvard, Yale, Princeton and other elite colleges, as well as little-known "loopholes" and other financial techniques they implemented to qualify for generous merit scholarships and financial aid.
March 14: How to properly recognize, treat and prevent sports injuries in teens and tweens

Renuka Pinto from Duffy & Bracken Physical Therapy specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine focusing biomechanics, post-surgery and sports injuries. Pinto knows how to avoid injuries in young athletes and cope with their physical stress. Pain, Pinto says, is never okay. |

Tweens and teens are complicated, but their needs aren't. Author and psychotherapist Sean Grover offers a Q & A and discussion about how to add healthy habits to your family's lifestyle.
