On Sunday, Feb. 12, Shane, the founder of K9 Disaster Relief, a non-profit humanitarian foundation, will recount stories about Nicki at the Tribute WTC Visitor Center. His presentation will include photos, video and artifacts about his years together with Nicki, who died in 2004. In attendance will be Chance, Shane’s current partner in therapy.
