The 'Velveteen Rabbit' at Tribeca Performing Arts Center

The opening show in the Tribeca Performing Arts Center Family Theater season is "The Velveteen Rabbit, Reborn," on Saturday, Nov. 18, at 1:30 p.m.

A young boy’s love and a little nursery magic help transform the Velveteen Rabbit from a favorite plaything into a real rabbit. The boy and Velveteen embark on a slew of imaginary adventures, visiting dark caves and the open sea, while learning the true meaning of friendship. This musical re-telling of the popular storybook is performed by the Pushcart Players of New Jersey.

For ages 3 to 11 years old.
