Taylor Swift, Back in Tribeca, Exits Her Building Like Royalty

Taylor Swift, named one of TIME magazine's 100 Most Influential People, emerged from her Franklin Street digs in Tribeca Tuesday evening, April 23, to attend the Time 100 gala at Lincoln Center. With the sidewalk blocked on either side of the entrance to 155 Franklin Street by a waiting crowd of photographers and onlookers, people who just wanted to get where they were going found that the street offered the path of least resistance. But it all cleared out quickly once Swift—who owns two apartment in the building plus the townhouse next door—got into waiting cars with friends and were off to the party, where she later performed.
