Raucous New York: A Lecture on 19th-Century Street Protests

In this fourth and final lecture in a series celebrating the 250th anniversary year of St. Paul’s Chapel, Lisa Keller, Professor of History at SUNY Purchase, will discuss the protests that took place in the streets around St. Paul’s and the New Yorkers who participated in transforming New York from a village to a world city in the 19th century.
