A 2007 Yamaha motorcycle, valued at $6,500, was stolen.

July 10, 12:45 a.m.

A 38-year-old man is under arrest for attempting to steal a Citi Bike from a docking station. He had pulled on several bikes, at which point one of them came loose.

Greenwich and Chambers
July 12, 8 p.m.

A 44-year-old man parked a delivery truck on the street, leaving the door unlocked while making a delivery to McDonald’s. When he returned, his wallet—containing three credit cards, his social security card and his driver’s license—were gone, along with his iPhone and a t-shirt. The victim later discovered that $120 in unauthorized Metrocard charges had been made to one of his credit cards.

July 13, 12:15 a.m.

A 24-year-old woman left her iPhone on the counter at Puffy’s Tavern while playing darts. When she turned around, the $450 phone was gone. Two unauthorized texts were sent from her phone later that day.

July 13, 1 a.m.

A 52-year-old woman got into a verbal argument with a man who had accused her of denting his car. When the woman began to walk away, the man struck her in the face with an umbrella, causing a laceration on her left cheek. The man dialed 911 to report the dent on his car but left the scene by the time the cops arrived.
