Westfield Corp., the international shopping center giant, this week announced many of the stores and eateries that will be opening at the World Trade Center next fall.
A total of 150 shopping and dining spaces will be located in the new PATH station and Towers 3 and 4––amounting to 350,000 square feet of space.
Eataly, an outpost of Mario Bataly’s food-and-wine marketplace in the Flatiron District, will be what Westfield calls “the culinary anchor” of the World Trade Center. It will be housed on the second and third floors of Tower 4, Malcolm Williams, a construction manager for Silverstein Properties, told a Community Board 1 committee this week.
