FOR KIDS: Theater for 5 + at The Flea

The Flea brings serialized theater madness to audiences ages 5+ with a new series, Cereals @ The Flea!, interpretations of folk tales written in 10 minute installments.

When: Saturdays and Sundays,  Nov. 11-12 and Nov. 18-19. 11 am and 1 pm.

Where: The Flea Theater, 20 Thomas St.

Tickets are $20 for one adult and child; $10 for each additional child

Tales include:

"Fatima and Her Pigeon" Fraught with the questions of what to keep and what gets left behind, the story of a little girl willing to risk it all for tradition, her history and her pigeon.

"Not My Monster" When the wrong monster arrives at a family’s new home, Darya, the family scientist, immediately senses something amiss. Faced with tired parents and an skeptic brother, Darya must prove to the family that this Domovi is not their monster!

"The Girl With No Hands" What will Yvonne do when the people and things she loves the most are taken from her? Based on the a Brothers Grimm fairy tale and told with music and a very opinionated tree.
