From Ghetto to Palazzo: The Worlds of Salamone Rossi

The Profeti della Quinta vocal ensemble and violinists Leah Nelson and Lisa Rautenberg, along with theorbo instrumentalist Daniel Swenberg, will perform works by composer and musical director Salamone Rossi. A violinist, musical director and composer, Rossi was an important figure in both the Italian Jewish community and the royal court of Italy during the Renaissance.

The concert is produced by Salon/Sanctuary in collaboration with the Museum of Jewish Heritage and Centro Primo Levi.
